Transparent electromagnetic wave shielding, one of the applications enabled by FineX® Transparent Conductive Film, achieves both high transparency and high shielding performance—something that has been difficult to accomplish with conventional electromagnetic shielding films*.
It supports a wide range of frequencies, making it suitable for a wide variety of applications.
Applying this film to transparent glass or resin panels—previously difficult to protect—enables EMC measures and network environment design while maintaining visibility.
* Examples: ITO, metal mesh, conductive fibers, punched metal, metal foil, etc.
1. Noise Countermeasures for Industrial Machinery
Apply transparent electromagnetic wave shielding to openings or protective covers for EMC countermeasures.
Effect: EMC countermeasures can be implemented in locations where visibility (such as visual inspection of internal components) is required.
・EMI measures: Prevention of internal noise leakage
・EMS measures: Blocking of external noise

2. Noise Countermeasures for Displays and Monitors
Apply transparent electromagnetic wave shielding to display surfaces for noise reduction.
Effect: Noise countermeasures can be achieved while maintaining visibility (confirming display output).
・EMI measures: Prevention of noise leakage from inside the display
・EMS measures: Blocking external noise affecting the display
・Suppression of noise impact on touch panels
* Please apply after verifying configuration, effects, and performance.
3. RFID Radio Environment Control
Surround areas (such as partitions or windows) with transparent electromagnetic wave shielding to prevent RFID interference.
Effect: Radio wave area control becomes possible in locations where visibility is required (such as monitoring work status).
・Interference suppression through control of RFID radio coverage

* Examples: ITO, metal mesh, conductive fibers, punched metal, metal foil, etc.
4. Facilities
Surround areas (such as windows) with transparent electromagnetic wave shielding to implement noise countermeasures and prevent radio interference.
Effect: Noise countermeasures and controlled radio environments can be realized while maintaining visibility (such as areas where work status must be observed).
・EMI measures: Prevention of internal noise leakage
・EMS measures: Blocking external noise
・Interference suppression through control of communication coverage (e.g., Wi Fi)
